It's been like the third week now we're on MCO so how's you guys been holding up? Hopefully you guys semua masih stabil yea despite kebosanan and everything sampai terkeluar segala creativity masing-masing tu kan haha. Alright as for me, I dah risau juga ni sebab asyik nak makan je hmm risau dah tengok keadaan perut huhuu.
Well this entry pon diilhamkan daripada hasil asyik nak makan tu je juga hehe.

Indeed I've been craving for Texas Chicken's Honey Butter Biscuits, which memang favourite I kalau makan Texas Chicken, si biscuits ni lah yang I nak dulu before makan the chickens etc haha. So, since stay at home je ni and there are no delivery available ke rumah I, memang buat sendiri jelah option nya kan.

Tbh kebetulan I ada came across the recipe kat Twitter haritu, so lagilah I nekad nak buat sendiri. Resipi ni ada credited to Melissa Mulen, from FB I think (sorry not sure since I jumpa kat Twitter sharing - people share gambar recipe with credit nama tu je). Thanks a lot pada tuan punya resipi tu dan jugak pada semua yang share kat Twitter tu hehee. I tengok memang simple sangat bahan yang diperlukan dan cara-cara nak buat dia tu tau. Meh tengok yee I dah siapkan olahan resipi with my side notes and siap buat tutorial video sekali tau untuk you all hehee :

HONEY BUTTER BISCUITS ALA TEXAS CHICKEN 

Ingredients : 

(A)
2 1/2 Cawan Tepung Gandum
4 Sudu Kecil Baking Powder
115g Butter (yang sejuk ye, and I cut into small cubes)
 2 Sudu Besar Gula (boleh adjust amount tu ikut taste masing-masing)

(B)
140ml Milk (I guna Fresh Milk)
2 Sudu Kecil Cuka (If nak guna lemon pon boleh)

Antara bahan-bahan yang digunakan.

Preparation : 

Gaulkan bahan-bahan (A)

dah jadi breadcrumbs texture

1. Gaulkan semua bahan-bahan di (A) sampai jadi macam breadcrumbs punya texture.

Add milk and vinegar (bahan B)

2. Campurkan bahan-bahan di (B) dan gaul lagi sampai sebati / jadi macam doh. Note that if you guys nak add 1 sudu kecil cream of tartar pon boleh yea, but I tak add pon dah lembut and fluffy je kejadiannya hehe.

Gaul mixture tu sampai jadi macam ni

Line up the dough kat tray untuk bake

3. Then dah siap doh tu, you guys just scoop & susun kat baking tray untuk dibakar. (guna tangan je pon boleh, lagi senang actually) Agak-agak la yea amount tu tak perlu banyak sangat, just nice je size dia and no need beriya nak bentukkan cantik-cantik juga okay. 
Jangan lupa sapu butter dulu kat baking tray you guys tu in case you guys tak guna baking sheet, untuk elakkan daripada dia melekat lepas bake nanti huhu.

4. Dah siap susun doh tu kat tray, bakar dalam oven dengan suhu 180 for 15 minutes.

5. After 15 minutes tu, keluarkan dulu and sapu butter + honey on top of each biscuits, then masukkan semula ke dalam oven, sambung bakar dengan suhu yang sama for around 5 minutes, then siap! hehee.

I think if you guys nak sapu honey + butter glaze tu dulu before bakar for 15 minutes tu pon okay jugak, since yang ni just add on je nak bagi biscuits tu nampak lagi cantik tertarik rupa dia sebiji sebentuk macam Texas Chicken punya biscuits tu kan hehe. Sebab masa first bakar tu (without the honey + butter glaze on top) rupa dia agak pale jugakla, tapi memang sedap dah tau hehe. So tambah glaze tu on top, lagi umphh la nampak dan rasa dia hehee.

Adudui sedapnyaaa dia warm tu, drizzle dengan honey then makan!

Untuk satu adunan yang ni, I dapat around 25 biscuits in total. Masa dia warm, fresh from oven tu, you guys drizzle dengan honey, then ngap laa makan, fuhh serious sedap oii hehee! Memang puas hati & craving pon macam dah cure gittewww ahaha lepas buat sendiri ni. Hasilnya memang lembut dan sedap, banyak pon banyak jugak tu dapat untuk satu adunan tu kan so I siap boleh buat stock untuk makan for tea time ke breakfast ke, yeah stock untuk snacking anytime la katakan. Just simpan dalam balang kuih raya tu je, then bila-bila nak repeat makan, makan terus gitu je pon sedap without needed to reheat ke apa. Settle hehe.

FYI untuk 2 sudu gula dalam adunan tu tadi, for me okaylaa sebab nanti ada tambah madu tu kan so balance lah rasa dia tak terlalu manis for me. If you guys nak rasa makan gitu pon dah rasa manis dia, tambahlah lagi amount gula tu yea since I think you'll rasa macam tawar kot if 2 sudu gula tu. Yet indeed for me, 2 sudu tu cukup dah since I lagi prefer add honey drizzle tu je masa nak makan, fefeeling less guilty lah kononnya jugak huhuu.

In addition, if you guys nak tambah chocolate chip ke, kismis ke, pon boleh jugak, masuk jugak rasa dia tu nanti heheh jadi macam scones la gitu kan. Well dari basic recipe ni I think macam-macam boleh buat, ikut suka you all laa kan nak twist macam mana ikut tekak you all semua. Bahan-bahan pun simple, nak buat pun senang sangat dah tu kan hehe. I share basic recipe je, you guys nak adjust bagi lagi best ke terpulang okayy, nanti feel free to share kat I jugak kat comment sini or tag I kat IG ke apa kan kot-kot I boleh ikut olahan recipe you guys tu pulak nanti kan hehee.

macam mana cara nak buat gambar yang kita screenshot tu ada bingkai phone kita sekali, kan?

Actually I think dah lama rasanya kewujudan style gambar macam tu kita jumpa kan especially bila tengok testimoni products ke apa tu kan, haa perasan tak? 

Ni diaa siap phone frame tuu

Okay so haritu I adalaa suka-suka join post gambar mcm tu version wallpaper di satu posting di group FB ni, saja laa masing-masing ahli group layan share gambar wallpaper masing-masing through comment kat thread tu kan. Hmm layan jugak actually ye tengok style wallpaper orang lain ni haha. Well yelah dah tengah tak buat apa tu kan so mana tau kot nak tukar wallpaper sendiri pulak, bolehla usha mana yang cantik ke kat situ kan hehe.

Alright so, lepas I post gambar, ada yang reply tanya macam mana cara buat style gambar screenshot macam tu..Then I perasan ramai jugak ye yang tak tahu lagi cara nak buat kan so I think okay jugak if share kat sini kan.

Simple je nak buat tau actually, first of all, untuk yg dah update IOS 13 ke atas mesti dah ada app Shortcuts kan? Haa sebab nak buat tu kita guna app Shortcuts tu je so kalau belum ada & belum update, better la you guys update & siap ada app tu dulu okayy.

Then, you guys pergi ke setting, pilih Shortcuts tu, and set kan ‘Allow untrusted shortcuts’
okay. Setting tu you guys boleh jumpa under Sharing Security, boleh rujuk gambar ye.
Lepas dah set kat setting Shortcuts tu, you guys buka app Shortcuts tu, and run dulu anything
dalam tu, contohnya you guys add alarm ke, buat shortcut untuk call ke, ha gitu.
Just click dekat ‘create shortcut’ tu pon boleh, or you guys boleh usha dulu since dia ada
siapkan banyak jugak suggestion shortcut yang boleh di add / di buat based from your lifestyle
and all. Contohnya boleh rujuk gambar jugak yea.

Setting —> Shortcuts —> Allow untrusted shortcuts

Contoh yea, you guys add alarm on 7 ke, add untuk call, or just add lain-lain yg bersesuaian kat create shortcut tu. Then, dah run anything 

kat situ barulah you guys boleh add untuk frame thingy tu okay. 

Alright lepas dah run set apa-apa shortcut and all tu, barulah you guys boleh nak buat
yang style frame I cakapkan tu. You guys click SINI (for frame media kit etc tu) , nanti dia akan pop up details media kit frame tu, you guys scroll sampai bawah sekali, you guys akan jumpa pilihan untuk ‘add untrusted shortcuts’ ataupun cancel, you guys pilih ‘Add untrusted shortcuts’ tu okay.
Then dia akan di add ke shortcuts item you guys as Screenshot Frames IOS tu (jadi macam dalam gambar di atas tu yea yg ada tanda red tick tu).

Okay now, you guys open frame media (click je kat Screenshot Frames IOS) tu tadi, akan ada pop up untuk allow access to photo / album etc tu, you guys pilih allow okay. Then automatically dah masuk dalam album you guys, so just pilih je gambar mana yang you guys nak, satu ke dua ke, boleh je okay. Dah pilih and tekan done, tunggu dia siapkan gambar frame and voila, dah nampak depan mata kan kejadiannya tu hehe. So you guys pilih save image, dia akan save ke album you guys. Dah siappp hehee.

These are antara things yg you guys boleh explore and add to shortcuts jugak okay

Haa senang jee kan? Nanti explore lagi, sebab macam-macam lagi boleh buat kat shortcuts tu tau. Contoh, I ada shortcut untuk add alarm tu kan, senang je nanti I just cakap kat Siri “Alarm on 7”, so dia akan automatic set kan alarm I at 7am for tomorrow, without the need untuk I ambil my phone, open it, go ke alarm and set. Just cakap je, dah settle hihuu. Senang especially pada those yang selalu juga terlupa nak set alarm ke apa kan, so while ingat tu esok kena bangun pukul 7 ke apa, ha teruslah suruh Siri set kan je alarm tu without perlu susun full sentence haha. Memang convenient kan ada shortcuts ni hehee.

Untuk frame phone tu nanti actually if nak pilih colour phone etc pon boleh, ikot suka you all lah ye hehe. Nanti you all explore la. Selain frame ni, banyak lagi benda-benda yang macam bagus / convenient jugak untuk di add dalam Shortcuts app tu, contohnya shortcut untuk save video dari Youtube, shortcut untuk buat grid frame (gambar jadi tersusun berderet in one pic, ha yang tu pon cantik jugak tu hehe) and more. Ala tu semua you guys boleh google je for top 10 ke top 20 ke things to add to your Shortcuts app, then nanti pilihla mana yang berkenan kan daripada banyak-banyak link sharing to add tu okayy hehe.
