Kedai Spek Mata Bagus di Seremban & Bangi

Salam & Hi lovelies! 

Alright sebenarnya I memang plan nak share regarding this dengan you guys since few months back, but now baru ada masa untuk pour all the deeds here heheh sorry guys. So macam ni, 2-3 bulan yang lepas, I gotta wish farewell RIP to my glasses yang dah selamat terjun ke dalam lubang jamban huhuuu. Mind you I ni memang rabun yang totally need lens / glasses to see, so, nak tak nak, terpaksalah cepat-cepat google mana kedai spek nearby yang bagus huuu. 

Before this I check mata & buat spek mostly di Klang Valley area, which jauh juga from where I stay actually, but been years now that I tak renew glasses since I memang akan keep wearing till it gone / worn out haha, mahal yeaaa kalau I nak kena buat glasses baru, power mata I tinggi 😩 Since I have no plans to go to Klang Valley area at the time, hence, googling yang nearby je. Scroll punya scroll, finally I jumpa this one kedai - Iris Optometry, which lepas stalk their socmed updates etc, I rasa macam puas hati like I think diorang okaylaa untuk I pergi try kan. 

So upon datang kat sana, seriously I never expected to get all that great services from segala segi. Their staff are so welcoming, friendly, and filled me with great infos / insight as well sepanjang check up mata tu dan juga untuk pilih lens, bingkai spek etc. The eye check up totally takes time more than usual for me, sebab diorang truly check mata thoroughly, rasa complete betul for the check up tau. Selama I pergi mana-mana check up untuk buat spek, tak pernah dapat yang macam ni guyssss, seriously sangat-sangat puas hati dan macam-macam juga yang I dapat belajar that day berkenaan mata & juga kesihatan / keadaan mata I sendiri! 👍👍

Okay so mula-mula tu, diorang akan greet & tanya details kita sikit untuk tahu what we'd like to do - just nak eye check up ke, nak buat spek, etc. Since I already contacted them before datang tu so they know I nak buat spek, we proceed dengan check power (yang ni yang biasa kita buat masa nak buat spek tu, you guys boleh tengok video yea insyaAllah faham hehe). Little did I know, rupanya power I salah selama ni guys! Last check untuk buat spek kat kedai lain tu I did got ada power naik sikit, but still pening pakai spek w that new power pun. No wonder laa sebab that power pun tetap salah since check macam gitu gitu jee at that time (dan selama ni apparently). Selama ni kalau pakai lens okay laa but still not that sharp I nampak. Rupanya, haaa the tea huhuu...Alright after that, I cuci mata pilih bingkai dulu sementara tunggu bilik check up ready (ada another customer there at that time).  

Alright now dah sampai turn I pula untuk masuk bilik check up tu. Actually tak lama pun kena tunggu since masa I sampai tu, kebetulan customer tu memang nak settle dah. Haa so check up yang ni laa yang lain sikit dari biasa tu. Lagi menyeluruh, like rasa macam they truly care about our eyes laa, haa gituuu heheh. 

Okay, kalau yang biasa tu, kita just macam try tengok alphabets & numbers in different sizes, while try different lenses, then done kan? Haa yang ni, bukan tu je, tapi siap check retina & cornea / keadaan sekeliling mata which at the same time boleh let us know if kita ada any jenis penyakit yang lain, then check eye muscle, saraf-saraf sekeliling mata, kadar oksigen ok tak kat mata, silau, dan macam-macam lagi which those depends dengan keadaan mata kita sendiri semasa check up tu. Like lain orang lain keadaan / problem mata dia kan, hence lainlah jenis check up yang dia akan dapat nanti, bersesuaian dengan masalah mata masing-masing. Sangat bagus kan?! Furthermore, mereka akan sent us the copy of gambar retina etc during our check up tu juga for our references. I can't contained my amazedness for sure, so tu yang since then I memang tak ragu-ragu nak recommend Iris Optometry ni to all of my family members, friends and anyone yang asking. 

As you guys can see from my video posting at my TikTok / IG etc, I ada share what you'll basically get / experience if pergi buat spek / check mata kat Iris Optometry ni tau. In that video I insert sekali video yang I ambil from their page, since masa pergi tu I tak expect anything pun, hence I tak ada record anything to show, but in that video, macam tu laa yang I got on that day, step by step, so I think lagi mudah untuk korang dapat gambarannya from that kann. I ada included kat sini sekali (scroll for video tt kat atas) in case you guys missed it from my socmed postings okayy.

So yesss overall memang I sangat-sangat puas hati pergi check & buat spek mata di Iris Optometry ni, totally no doubt to recommend them to you guys too. Sangat worth your time and money. Diorang tak lokek untuk bincang dan cadangkan yang terbaik dan juga yang bersesuaian dengan keadaan mahupun budget kita tau, so yesss totally recommended! 

Iris Optometry ni so far ada 2 cawangan, which are di Senawang, dan juga di Bangi. I pergi ni di cawangan Senawang mereka yea guys. Masa tu, I pilih bingkai yang hanya berharga RM99 je, while lens pula jenis yang bersesuaian dengan power tinggi I ni (trimmed sekali) including silau / UV transition & Blu-ray protect (since I selalu hadap gadgets for works) - total semua around RM500 (dapat free liquid & cloth cleaner + casing). Pheww. Gitulah nasib orang power tinggi. Kalau you guys power rendah, tak cecah lah harga tu I rasa, unless you guys ada budget untuk opt for special case punya lens (bagi yang ada problem lain). 

Macam I, I ada problem with my eye muscle juga actually, so seeloknya I should get that special lens to help with my eye muscle problem, tapi my budget tidak mengizinkan (it will cost me RM1+++), makanya, I kena tuned manual jelah for my eye muscle case tu huhu. Based from their advises, memang boleh manually without the lens help, but takes longer time & full dedication of course. Masa check up tu, selain retina I kurang dapat oksigen, they also detected that my eye muscle ni works like a teenagers punya age, which tak selari & jauh sangat gap dengan my current age, hence that's a problem. The eye muscle should be working like around our age jugak tau, kalau ada gap pun takat few years punya gap is still okaylah, tapi kalau dah lebih 10 tahun age gap nye, memang kena tuned kan balik since eye muscle tu dah over work, and bahaya lah for long terms if dibiarkan over work gitu. Haa gitulah ceritanya huhuk. 

Following their advises, so far I still berjaya tak pakai lens (jenis kanta lekap tu as it made condition mata I kering) & still working on my effort untuk tuned / jaga eye muscle I tu. As for lens tu, bukan tak boleh pakai langsung jenis kanta lekap tu, tapi better jarang-jarang kan pakai sebab jenis tu mengganggu pengaliran oksigen pada mata. Kalau pakai all day / selalu, nanti makin banyak saraf-saraf kecil baru wujud area mata as the eyes thought they need more for oxygen circulates, and jadi bahaya kalau saraf-saraf tu sampai ke cornea, nanti jadi masalah lain pula huu. If need to wear those lenses, better beli yang jenis high water content, yet still, elakkan pakai all day / selalu, just few hours should be fine bila perlu, gotta let our retina breathe huhuuu. 

While untuk eye muscle pula, since for works - they advised me kena regularly bagi rehat mata, jangan all in buat kerja tu in one go for hours. Then while reading pun, try membaca dalam jarak yang bersesuaian seperti yang diorang tunjukkan. Makan minum pun jaga untuk kesihatan mata juga. Seriously, banyak sangat input yang I dapat sepanjang check up kat sana. Sangat-sangat sangattttttttt puas hati tauu, terbaik sangat, thank you so much team Iris Optometry, sangat-sangat membantu! 

Alright guys, I think I dah include everything regarding my experience with Iris Optometry ni as well as untuk share secara terperinci kat you guys here. Hopefully you guys pun dapat all of the input dan puas hati dengan my sharing here yeaa, mudah-mudahan membantu jugalah pada yang tengah mencari kedai untuk buat spek / glasses mahupun just nak check up mata je dulu.
