Seriously, memang sangat mudah nak prepare Nasi Arab ni, just ikut je instruction yang disediakan di pack tu bulat-bulat, confirm menjadi! I dah tak perlu nak tambah any garam ke apa pun masa memasak tu tau, memang senang sangat tak berkecah langsung dan tak perlu susah-susah nak menumis or sediakan rempat ratus segala tu, as you can see from my video, I just masukkan bahan-bahan, masak & siap! 

Dari segi rasa pula, MasyaAllah, macam lagi sedap dari beli kat luar hahahaahah! Yelah kan, bak kata hubby I yang beriya memuji masakan Nasi Arab I tu for berbuka haritu - "Lagi tambah rasa extra sedap sebab nampak honey masak & nampak nasi tu memang keluar dari periuk nasi kita ni kan, tu yang lagi best tu hehe" - haaa gittuuuu! Bayangkan, my hubby ni bukanlah peminat Nasi Arab sangat tau dan susah laa nak dapat dia excited macam ni dengan sesuatu makanan lagi-lagi jenis instant ni, so haa you guys nampak tak macam mana rasa dia tuu? heheee

Sedap secukup rasa! Nasi pun sebutir-sebutir panjang, elok rasa. 

Rebus dan bakar, memang ummphh Nasi Arab kitaaa

Lagi satu, even my kids pun enjoy sangat makan! I'm impressed especially sebab my son jenis picky eater juga tau, but dia boleh minta repeat lagi Nasi Arab ni for the next day, beriya dia kata dia suka, haaaa you guys rasa? Hehe so for me memang sangat happy bila dapat masak my favourite dish sendiri di rumah yang my loved ones pun boleh jadi sangat suka juga, fuhh serious rasa super berbaloi-baloi laa! 

Harganya pun sangatlah berpatutan, hanya RM25 sahaja per pack ni tauu, boleh untuk 5-6 orang makan okayy. Guys, kalau beli kat luar, mana nak dapat kan RM25 untuk 5-6 orang makan Nasi Arab? Haa ni kita beli je pack ni, masak sendiri kat rumah, for me memang sangat menjimatkan, memudahkan, dan lagi puas hati makan. I buat tambah ayam sebab takde stock lamb / daging, yet you guys boleh jee guna daging okay instead of ayam. 

Another thing, I tambah juga buat Sos Harrah (sos Nasi Arab tu) dan potong timun in cube as side dish, yet you guys bolehlaa pelbagaikan ikut citarasa you guys nanti kan. I tak buat Salad Arab since dah ada Sos Harrah tu, simple-simple jee pun dah cukup buat sampai semua makan hingga licin pinggan & menjilat jari heheee. (Resipi Sos Harrah scroll kat bawah sekali yeaa in case you need it) 

Satu pack tu dapat buat cukup untuk 5-6 orang makan. 

I dapat 4 pinggan ni dan ada lebih lagi nasi dałam periuk 

untuk anggaran sepinggan lebih makan lagi hehe.

Selain buat untuk makan seisi keluarga, boleh juga buat untuk hidang semasa kenduri atau keramaian ke, ataupun ni nanti masa Raya kot ada tetamu dan sanak saudara nak datang ziarah kita di rumah, haa buat jee Nasi Arab ni, settle. Jimat masa, mudah, dan sangat sedap untuk dinikmati semua! Even if you guys nak buat untuk business kecil-kecilan pun I rasa boleh sangat, masak Nasi Arab ni then repack untuk dijual, insyaAllah ada keuntungan kann. 

So yess, I totally recommended you guys untuk try Nasi Arab ni. No bias or anything, fully honest review as always dari I okayy. P/S : RESIPI SOS HARRAH (SOS NASI ARAB)

Bahan-bahan :

- 2 biji tomato

- 3 - 4 biji cili padi 

- secubit garam 

- sedikit daun ketumbar (Opțional)

- sesudu perahan lemon (optional)

Cara buat : 

- Kisar semua bahan tanpa air. I takde stock daun ketumbar, so I tak letak masa buat tu. Then if you guys suka rasa more masam-masam, boleh add perahan lemon tu okayy before hidang. Simple jee kann nak buat sos nii hehee. 

I tak letak perahan lemon, sebab 3 bahan utama tu tadi pun kitorang rasa dah okay dah, since tomatoes tu agak muda so tak cukup merah & rasa masam-masam kan, so I tak tambah lemon, dan begitulah hasilnya as u can see from my pics & in my video tu. Yang I buat ni sesuai laa untuk my kids makan sekali since tak pedas dan tak terlalu masam, ada manis-manis tomato tuu, haa nice laa cukup rasa jee rasa dia hehe. You guys boleh ubahsuai ikut citarasa dan keperluan kuantiti masing-masing okayy.

I believe, we all know A&W, the first fast food restaurant opened here in Malaysia in the 1963. This brand definitely had engraved themselves into the heart of Malaysians with their famed and distinguished RB (Root Beer), floats, burgers, Coneys, waffles, and more, as well as its beloved mascot, Rooty The Great Root Bear. I guess it's safe to say that this brand have successfully create such deeply rooted memories for Malaysians everywhere, be it one with our friends, family, or loved ones, and will go on to be a brand which Malaysians from all walks of life would grow to love. 

I still remember the time when we Serembanian been shocked with the news that their Seremban outlet will close for good - of which I've shared on my blogpost HERE years back - yet thank god that this iconic landmark in Seremban are standing still, up to this day. In regards to that, A&W are now actually have some conceptualised plans to leverage on their rich heritage and legacy in Malaysia to make a big comeback to relive their glory days, reclaiming the hearts and minds of a new generation consumers. Indeed, this include our beloved A&W Seremban outlet as well. 

The FIRST ever in Malaysia to have BOTH an A&W and a Jamaica Blue in an outlet, yayyy!

So, on February 17, 2022, Menteri Besar of Negeri Sembilan, YAB Dato' Seri Haji Aminuddin Bin Harun, had commemorated the opening of a newly refurbished A&W Seremban Drive-Thru outlet, essentially giving Seremban residents something truly new and unique to experience in this city. This revamped outlet gets retro theme concept featuring a modern take on chic retro design makeover, and actually is the first in the country to have both an A&W and a Jamaica Blue, awesome right?!

FYI, this Jamaica Blue is drawing their inspiration from the vibrant and rich tones of the Jamaica Blue Mountains - one of the best coffee producing regions in the world! Jamaica Blue will serve patrons of A&W Seremban Drive-Thru with its own specialized selection of coffee beverages, created by a dedicated team of experienced and knowledgeable baristas. As a Serembanian coffee addict, I am indeed excited with this new A&W Drive-Thru Seremban outlet inclusion upgrade!

In addition, commending on the move, Yang Amat Berhormat Dato' Seri Haji Aminuddin Bin Harun said that the newly refurbished A&W outlet with its modern-retro look and incorporation of Jamaica Blue Coffee will further add to the appeal of Seremban as a vibrant city, which also known for such unique food offerings. 

Aside from that, Sophia Ch'ng, the Director of A&W Malaysia Sdn Bhd, added that their incorporation with Jamaica Blue on A&W Seremban Drive-Thru will bring something totally new, unique, and refreshing to residents here, as ultimately, their aim is to create the perfect setting and atmosphere for the community here to truly enjoy and call their own, building on an already iconic landmark in Seremban. 

Well, I've already went to A&W Seremban outlet Drive-Thru around a week before their re-opening actually, and I can say that it does looks fresher than before. At the time, they just release their newly added menu of Mozzarella Coney, hence we gave it a try, along with their new Salted Caramel Waffle-To-Go and other A&W classics favourite menu as well for our dinner. Such a long lane awaiting that night, yet we're happy to be served with all of those yummy A&W selections. Honestly, I can't be sure if they have already started to feature the Jamaica Blue coffee then, um I think still not yet at the time, but it's okayy as we are truly excited to go back to the drive-thru in order to indulge ourselves with the Jamaica Blue coffees!

I sincerely wish A&W all the best in regards of their ambitious plans for the brand to moving forward, may they manage to accomplish their targets of having over 150 outlets all over Malaysia by the end of 2025. Indeed, having served Malaysians for more than half a century along with their tasty, high quality iconic classics menu, A&W is looking poised to be an entity that is loved by us Malaysians of all ages and generations to come.

I dah try all three premium printed square hijab mereka, which are all three punya material adalah dari jenis satin silk - definitely one of my most fav jenis hijab material hehee. 

Honestly, memang sangat selesa pakai, mudah dibentuk dan digayakan, tak rasa pekak langsung, dan tak panas pun pakai, memang best laa even bila pakai lama or all day long di luar mahupun indoor tau! Ianya juga tak tebal dan tak nipis, which just nice la for me, size wise pun okayy tak terlalu pendek bila menggayakannya, dan I boleh je juga gayakan dengan style labuh so thumbs uppp hehee.  

Indeed, ada jenis satin yang tak best tu kan, but trust me material tudung dari Veilcouturemode ni serious best, tak rugi grab especially if you guys pun peminat satin! Harga pun berpatutan, which is RM69 each untuk printed hijab yang I try tu. For me, berbaloi dan puas hati since kualitinya memang bagus, sesuai la bila foundernya mention premium kualiti, ditambah pula dengan design dan colour yang cantik-cantik belaka, rambang mata tau nak pilih hehee!

Today I'd love to share some of the activities that can be done during off days or weekend at Seremban, which I bet everyone be it adults or kids, can enjoy doing it. 

So, as per last weekend, me and my family started our day early in the morning by heading on to the Port Dickson area, planning for a brief picnic by the beach. We had our breakfast outside, which around the Port Dickson (PD) area as well, just by searching for a stall via Waze app since we're not sure where to eat for breakfast that day heheh. Actually, we went to our fav place before head on to PD, but too bad the place was packed with people already, hence, we decided to just have our breakfast at PD. 

So, based from Waze, we chose to go to this Capati Kari Kambing Nani, as it managed to grab our attention and crave for the Capati Kambing as well heheh. The stall located around 1.7km away from the beach, we easily found it. We're happy with the food as the Capati and Roti Canai are fluffy, easy to tear and eat, while their gravy (Kari Kambing) is not that bad too, indeed such a satisfying pair with the meat truly cooked through as it fall off easily the moment we pinched for a bite. Their service are okay too as they're fast to serve and everything looks good. Only their drinks aren't quite suits us, but that's okay, no biggie for us. Oh and on the other hands, there are monkeys around and nearby, hanging out and waiting for food too it seems, yet no they didn't come near people or snatching anyone's food. Felt like such unique eating out experience to be honest hahah! Indeed, if you're afraid of monkeys, perhaps it's better if you choose to sit away from the trees, okayy? Overall, it's good there. 

Alright after having 4 pcs of Capati Kari Kambing in my tummy, chilling by the beach is perfect for our next move hehe. Mind you, don't forget to bring picnic blanket / mattress, sand castle tools, and your bathing suits etc too as per usual beach moment thingy. We're there for few hours while the sun is shining lovely still and cozy, the breeze greeted you happily and the water feels good too on your skin. In addition, the beach are not packed with people too during early hours of the day, well yeah I believe you know the drill, right? 

We went back home after the beach, rest a bit before we went out again later that day for some exercise and sight seeing by the park. Yes, here comes the S2 Hill Park to be ticked off the list heheh. If you guys noticed, we have variety of parks here at Seremban right? Indeed that include one of this famous Hill Park, the S2 Hill Park, located at S2 Heights area. In case you didn't know, visitors need to park their vehicle alongside the road before climb up to the hill park. I think it took around 15 minutes to walk up to the Hill, which we enjoyed too as we can admire the scenery while enjoying the fresh air during our walk. 

As for the Hill Park itself, I think it's great there and perfect for any kind of ages, especially family with kids. There are variety of things to try and play up there, including playgrounds, tracks to jog / walks, trees info guide, mini flying fox section, mini wall climbing, Dinosaur landscapes, etc. There are also public toilet and the entrance are free for all yea, in case you're wondering. We truly had so much fun there and such a great place for exercising while sight seeing indeed, feel free to watch my video below for full view or more clips of the hill okayy.

Okay after we done burning our calories while finding sunset at the Hill Park, we decided to have some dinner first at XCafe, XPark Bandar Sri Sendayan, on our way home. I actually had share about this one great coffee the other day on my IG & TikTok posting, which actually you can find it around the same place here at XPark okayy hehe. 

As for this XCafe, you can find variety of stalls and foodie all under one roof, like a cafeteria indeed. You can see it from my video above as well okayy as I included the snippet of when I'm at the cafe, showing you the ambience there heheh. There'll be buskers too entertaining you while you eat, and yes guys I totally recommended you guys to try the Ikan Bakar, so yummy! The drinks there are good too, we ordered juices to pair with our Ikan Bakar set, totally refreshing and we're happily full afterwards. As for desserts, we tried the waffles with ice cream there, but sorry we can't finish the waffles as it came out too hard for our taste, perhaps they mislook upon making the the batter or wrong oven setting or something, I'm not sure. Other than that, it's all good. I think we'll come again to try other stalls / foodie there another day, and overall this XCafe is a good place to eat. 

Well, I guess these sums up our day during the weekend. It's great to do these kind of activities regularly, together, as it can tighten the family bonding. We definitely are having such great time as well as manage to exercise too while enjoying such beautiful scenery and fresh air, definitely good for our body and mentally too. So, in case you're out of idea where to go or what to do, perhaps you can try these activities too!
